Hello everyone, thank you all for the extra prayers today for Larissa's appointment. Over all I guess I can say it was a good appointment. Larissa gained weight she's now 10lb 10oz and 23 1/2 inches. The nurse could not get a good oxygen reading on Larissa's little "big" toe. The best was 96 then down to 78 and 82. We knew it was a bad reading and I felt like maybe it was a test of my faith. Larissa's nose was stuffy. This happens because the oxygen dries out her sinuses causing her to have dry "boogies" blocking her nostrils. The respiratory therapist gave me saline and Larissa did not like it. Larissa started crying really hard and holding her breath making her lips turn dark purple for a few seconds. We turned her oxygen up to two litters and got her calm and she turned pink again. After that she was back to her happy smiling self. Before leaving the doctor tested Larissa's's oxygen on her foot and her oxygen was 99 percent. Since being home I've put her Owlet Baby Monitors on her and her readings have been normal. The doctor decided to wait for the results of the Cardiac Catheterization to determine how Larissa's lungs are. If Larissa's Pulmonary Hypertension is better then that means her lungs are doing okay because her PH is a result of Ill lung function. I will continue to stay strong in my faith and declare our heavenly father has healed Larissa. Thank you all for loving our baby girl,praying for her and following her journey.
