Really confused about what to eat as a carbs?
Here is list of carbs I use: Oats, Black rice, Red rice and Buckwheat Groats
Oats are rich source of soluble fibre which helps to lower your triglycerides levels and total cholesterol levels. It Contain moderate amount of proteins and fats. Always considered being bodybuilder staple food.

Red rice is known to have low GI and rich source of Vitamin E and copper

Buckwheat has highest protein content approximately 15% and good source of slow digesting carbs, iron, copper and fiber.

All these grains are considered as Gluten-Free. You can use them as sides to your protein and veggies. If you are vegetarian you can combine it with lentils beans and chickpeas and if non vegetarian then with chicken fish or mutton curry. They can be added to salads as well.

And if you think that rice is not good for fat loss you are wrong you can change the way they release the carbs by putting them into refrigerator for 6-8 hours and then eating them next day as the starch contained in the rice get converted to resistant starch (white basmati rice) and these too can be.
